We’re just going to have to cope with the fact that we may never be able to comfortably trek up hills in five-inchers. But, that doesn’t mean we’re going to let the steep inclines get the best of us. Nope, we know there is a colorful crop of steppers practically made for this city, waiting to be snatched up and tossed on our tootsies.

That’s why we’ve culled a dozen vivid flat sandals and low-heeled wonders that will have you cruising around S.F. all summer long (buh-bye blisters). Sure, these may be the closest we’ll get to showing skin this oft-foggy season, but at least our pedicures will get some major shine. Now, get to steppin’.
