With summer officially in full swing, we're ready to start planning for some serious sunshine-filled fun. Sure, you could hit the road to find a beach, a theme park, or a cute B&B, but some of the best times to be had right are here at home—at Chicago's summer street fairs. With an abundance of these outdoor hang-fests, however, comes the inevitable stress of what to wear to not only look amazing, but also survive the sweltering heat.
